In the spirit of keeping our fitness on track during the holiday season, I’ll be putting a festive twist on a few of my favorite TRX exercises to help make your workouts feel fun. Feel free to fire up your favorite carols while you work.
Watch the video demo or click on the picture below to read through two exercises that target your legs, then your back, while also getting the heart rate up a little. Aim for 10 jump squats, followed immediately with 10 back extensions. Rest for about 30 seconds. Repeat the back-to-back sequence three or four times.
Take a seat on Santa’s lap, grab the TRX reigns, and get ready for a bumpy sleigh ride!
